Covid-19 and independent schools

Here is a link to an article I wrote recently on how the Covid-19 pandemic could kill off significant sections of UK indpendenent schools. I argue that the UK government should step in to try to save such a significant employer (but probably won’t).

I have taught English for 20 years and have, in that time, been a Head of Department, Head of IB (for both MYP and Diploma), author, editor, workshop leader, inspector, and am now, increasingly, interested in policy and research.
