Two articles on inspiring greatness in teachers and students

I wrote two articles for the TES on how teachers can inspire students.

Here is the first, asking how teachers can inspire students if they have lost sight of the greatness in themselves.

And here is the second, on cherishing our teachers if we want to see our students’ potential fulfilled.

I have taught English for 20 years and have, in that time, been a Head of Department, Head of IB (for both MYP and Diploma), author, editor, workshop leader, inspector, and am now, increasingly, interested in policy and research.
